SfAR-1M-line

The modules of the M series were specially developed for industrial automation processes, which can be used to easily and cost-effectively expand the inputs and outputs. Their 1M wide design ensures compact placement. Thanks to its built-in LEDs, they continuously provide feedback on the operating conditions.

The built-in mini USB enables quick configuration of individual modules without the use of an additional power supply. This configuration and device addressing can be done using the free SfAR Configurator.

The modules are capable of communicating on one of the most popular communication protocols, MODBUS ASCII/RTU.

Since the modules support the MODBUS protocol, they can be easily used in both new and existing installations.

Main features:

  • 7 different types

  • 1M wide design, can be mounted on a DIN rail

  • Up to 128 devices on one bus

  • Galvanic isolation of inputs and outputs; between power supply and RS485

  • 12 - 36 V ± 20% DC power supply support

  • Built-in mini-USB type B port for configuration

  • Each digital input can also be used as a high-speed counter (up to 1 kHz)

  • Support for the most commonly used temperature sensors: PT100, PT500, PT1000, NI100, KTY81-110 (2- and 3-wire)

  • Digital outputs switch DC voltage (transistor output), only PNP design max. 500 mA, 30 V DC

  • Built-in diode against inductive loads

  • Triac output: 0.5 A @ 24V AC; 0.5A @ 230V AC, protected against feedback
