The family of configurable and, in the case of FCU controllers , freely programmable room controllers, was developed to meet market needs.

To reduce engineering costs   and for easier/faster commissioning, the devices come with a universal factory program, depending on the product they cover the most common room regulation/control functions. 

By default, FCU controllers are capable of MODBUS RTU/ASCII and BACnet MSTP communication.

It is possible to change the parameters of the application with DIP switches. Furthermore, when using the BACnet protocol, the master and slave controllers can be assigned to groups using the function built into the factory application. 20 groups on 1 bus, 6 devices in 1 group)

In the event that the factory application does not meet the individual requirements, the application can be modified or even rebuilt from the ground up.


Modification of the program can be done online in real time via the USB port of the device, or even offline using a simulator application running on a PC.

3 devices with different hardware configurations are available, which have different Triac outputs and power supply.
